Did your girl grow more (in height) after she got her period?

| She grew all over. She was tiny, tiny to start. Her period started shortly before she turned 13. She turns 14 in a few days and has grown and filled out in the past year. The amount of food she packs in now is amusing. She was healthy before, but looks much healthier now. |

| 12 is average in terms of age of 1st period. My daughter grew an additional 2 inches. |

| DD got her period last summer at 13.5. She’s grown at least another 2 inches. She’s 5’9”. |

I didn't. Got my period the month before I turned 10. I was always the tallest then I just stopped. Still 5'4".
