| I donated to them early on and I'm prtty frustrated at this situation. I understand things can happen but a little transparency would go a long way. I want to plan a visit when we have family in town for Christmas but as it stands I have no faith they'll be open at all so I'm making alternative plans. |

I was so close to donating early and SO glad I didn't. This lack of communnnication does not bode well for their future. "We will open to the public this holiday season." Aren't we there already??

| When it was at National Harbor, it was such a mess. I'm disappointed that it hasn't improved in organization and transparency. I've given up hope that my children will ever have have a quality children's museum in DC during their childhood. |
