Carrie is a terrible friend and so damn exhausting. That show was delightful in its own way at the time but dang, it really aged well. I look back and realize I liked it when I was 20 because ... I was 20. Here at 40 — the age of the characters — Im horrified

This show messed me up. It came out when I was 18-21 or something. They would give each other so much shit if one of them went a few weeks or months without sex. So I thought I always had to be having sex and really jacked up my number of partners when watching it.
