My answer varies too much, I think that’s why I’m curious what others will answer. Ideally: 6am Actual: only on days dh is home, sometime between 9-3. |
| I realized that it's more effective for me to work out between lunch and dinner time, which is around 3-5. If I workout too early, I get too hungry. This way I've already had 2 meals, so I'm mostly sustained, and sometimes the workout prevents me from craving snack in the afternoon. |

| I do on call work so I’m often free during the days. A class between 9 am and noon is my ideal, and then sometimes l will do a second class in the late afternoon or evening. |

Before kids it was after work, 5:30 -7:30
Now that I have a toddler I work out between 9- 11 a.m. while toddler is in gym daycare, this is on days I don't work. Days I work (about 2/week) I don't work out. |
