I (almost) literally roll out of bed and go for my daily runs. Running shorts, shirt, sports bra, socks on the floor beside my bed. Pee, brush teeth, and hair in pony tail. Out the door, no excuses. I love running in freezing temps so inclement weather doesnt bother me.
If I dont get it done first thing, it is too hard for me later on in the day. |

You're assuming I exercise.
If I did, it would be at like 8 or 9pm. I leave for work at 6:45am, so morning isn't happening. |
| My preferred time would be 3pm. Obviously that does not always fly at work, so I either go after work at 6pm or during the lunch break. |

Sometimes at lunch (anywhere from 12-2 depending on the time of the class) and sometimes after work (6 or 8pm depending on the class).
Oh, and sometimes I meet my friend at a pool to swim laps - we generally aim for lunch time but a few times we've gone at 9am too. |

I thought this thread was going to be specifically about exercise in a swimming pool. I swim for exercise on Sundays, sometime between 9am and 11am, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:15-9pm.
Otherwise, my only exercise is the treadmill, and that's usually between 8 and 10pm sometime. |
