Pool: what time of day do you exercise?

I bike commute, so yeah, on weekdays, whenever I head to or from work. Can be as early as 6:45, as last as 7:45 AM. Leaving work any time from 5PM to 6:30.

On weekends, typically the morning usually around 9ish? Sometimes the afternoon.

Usually late afternoon and evening. Either 5pm or after 7pm.

4:45 to 5 am for 45 minutes. Two circuits followed by bike sprints.

Ideally, 3 pm

Realistically: 5 am on weekdays, 8 am on weekends. I hate morning workouts but if I don’t it then I will just not do it.

6:00am on weekdays. ~7/8:00am on weekends

It can work. I'm at the gym by 5:20-5:30, work out for an hour, at my desk by 7.
