Well good for CBS news to report this.

The action is a little shady. Again, I’m glad this info is at least getting reported on. I expected the whole thing to get dropped in a snap, with no info.

The best reporting is coming from the local Chicago reporters. They have been doing a great job with accurate information.

Except there is a risk for candidates who are looking for moderate support. I’m independent, no party affiliation. And I’m paying attention to the D candidates and what they do now. I don’t even expect that much. But something better than pretending the reaction never happened.

This thread was FULL of comments like that in the 20-something pages. I think many have been removed out sheer embarrassment, but a few escaped. But there were at least a dozen I remember reading.

Yeah. Alcohol. HIs past conviction of DUI will help in that defense. That won't necessarily get him cleared, though.
