Yes, he’s catholic. It’s news to you because you don’t know much about him. Congrats to Giselle and her baby boy. |
How do you know it's a boy? I thought no deets were available. |
He was literally raised Catholic as with Gisele. Neither are devout Catholics now |
Plus Gisele is open about her occult beliefs and practices. She's not some hard core Catholic and never was so trying to use it against her is hilarious. |
Bridget takes 5 week old baby John to Mass (no Tom!) https://people.com/parents/bridget-and-joh-2/ Giselle talking about how his Catholicism is part of what makes him perfect for her (near end of article) https://people.com/celebrity/gisele-bndchen-calls-tom-bradys-love-child-a-wake-up-call/ Tom and Giselle have more recently talked about practicing witchcraft, so I don’t think either one is super Catholic anymore https://www.ncregister.com/blog/witchcraft-and-marriage-didnt-mix-for-tom-brady |
I don't think Gisele ever was traditional catholic since her mom did that occult stuff too. In Brazil there's a few African religions that combine Catholicism and "witchcraft". It's mostly spiritual stuff based on African traditions so idk if that would be considered typical witchcraft or not. |
Meant to give an example. But Candomblé is one! Lots of people of different backgrounds follow it. Wouldn't be supportive if that was where Gisele's family picked it up |
+100 |
Seethe harder. |
I read that what someone from his family told the Brazilian press. |
I don't think Gisele cared about Catholicism very much. Tom was probably the one pushing for a Catholic wedding. A lot of people get married in a church they are familiar with even if they are not devout in church teachings and don't regularly attend services. They are called Chreasters ( Christmas and Easter Catholics). |
Disgusting. |
Candomble, Macumba and Umbanda are the most prevalent. But they are not widely practiced in the area of Brazil she comes from. They are mostly practiced by people who come from the North and Northeast of the country and whose roots are Afro-Brazilian. Gisele comes from the South (Santa Catarina) and noe of those African derived religions are practiced much there. |
I literally just posted an article from the time of their wedding where Giselle talks about his Catholicism being part of what made him perfect for her. Also, the only reason I posted those links or mentioned any of it was to call out the hypocrisy of the poster who called Giselle’s new baby a ba$trd, which I found gross and offensive. Anyway, it sounds like Giselle now has a healthy baby and I hope things go well for them. |
Herman, my pills!!!! |
