Did your foot size return post pregnancy?

Anonymous
Would love a poll on whether your size changed after each pregnancy, and if so how much by? Did you have to buy all new shoes? Did they return to normal but after months and months?

Five weeks out from my second and my feet are non stop swollen. None of my shoes but one pair of adjustable gladiators fit. After my first, about six weeks they were back to normal for all my shoes but one pair of boots that felt a little too narrow.

I was a 6.5w and sometimes 7. I'm really worried of having to replace all my shoes and my ability to find shoes because wides are already such a pain to find and I don't think my foot will ever be long enough for 7.5.

I gained half a size with each of 2 pregnancies. 6.5 to 7.5. They remained medium width, though.

Never went back. Up half a size and here to stay (youngest is 6)

Half a size each pregnancy from 7 to 8.

Stayed half a size bigger.

No, which was the one and only good thing about my postpartum body - my feet had been way too narrow and now I can finally find shoes that fit!

My feet grew from a bit less than 7.5 to a bit more than 7.5 and from narrow width to medium width. I mostly can't wear any of my old shoes anymore.

I am the same size. My feet were hugely during pregnancy and for about a month after. I wore my husband's shoes after my c section for a few weeks. He's 3-4 size's larger than me.

Grew a size and never went back. Now wear a 10 which is kind of awful.

Mine stayed the same after my first, went up a half size after my second, and then stayed that way after my third. Maybe even shrink back down a bit, even though I am 30 pounds heavier than before kids.

Up a size and never went back. Sad.

OMG... this is really bad news, I had no idea it's a thing...

The swelling went down for sure but my size did change. I was a reliable 7.5 since puberty and now buy an 8. I can still fit in some of my old shoes but they definitely don’t fit like they used to! Fortunately I’ve embraced motherhood and basically only wear slip on sneakers or Avarcas these days so I didn’t have to replenish my whole closet. I squeeze into the old ones when I actually need to look cute.

Nope, not swelling either. They just got bigger. So many cute shoes lost. I’m a size 11 now!!!
