Did your foot size return post pregnancy?

Two pregnancies and gained 30lbs. My feet were a little chubbier at the end but not longer. Right after delivery I could fit in regular shoes.

Both my mom and mil had feet go up a whole size after babies.

Nope. Went up half a size and stayed that way.

Half a size with each pregnancy and I’ve lost all the weight so that’s not it.

Mine went back after each of the two pregnancies.

Went half a size up but was back to my normal shoes within a month or maybe 2.

Went back after first although I had terrible swelling towards the end and it was a winter baby. We will see what happens with the second. I hope they go back. I got so many cute shoes in between kiddos while revamping my wardrobe.

mine went back, but it took a couple months after each. also even though they went back, some shoes don't fit like they used to so something changed.

I went from a 35 to a 38, it's been 3 years and I finally gave away all of my Choos, Loubs, etc. this weekend Love my kids but I'm still sobbing inside

I was a 9.5 and went to a ten after two kids. Sometimes 10 was too tight and they only do full sizes after 10. Ugh.

Tried on shoes a couple weeks ago and I was shocked to fit into 9.5 again. I’ve lost weight so maybe that helped? My youngest is about to turn 4.

Nope!

Nope thank god and got no swelling with my pregnancy. But I’m already a size 9 so don’t need my feet any bigger!

Stayed half size larger. Only a handful of shoes still fit. Sucks.

7.5 to an 8, after 2 pregnancies. My very narrow former feet are now a normal width, so it's easier to buy shoes.

Stayed the same with the first pregnancy, no swelling. Hasn't happened yet with #2 at 6 mo the along either. My mom said her shoe size did change but I can't recall with which pregnancy for her.

In pregnancy, your body produces a hormone that relaxes your connective tissue so that your pelvis can expand to let the baby out. But, it relaxes all the connective tissue in your body, including in your feet. For most people, your feet spread a little and don’t really do back all the way once the hormone is gone.
