I know someone who moved across the world for a job with her husband (they both had jobs). It was a completely different culture and language but six weeks after arriving she was having an affair. Six weeks after I arrived I was still trying to find out how to order from the supermarket! And it was with a guy from work. Some people move fast.

Theres no way she can be taken seriously in HR.

My guess is she is going to be quietly fired and removed from the webpage once things are a little quieter and the new CEO settles in. The board doesn’t care about the head of HR, and I’d be surprised if the new CEO wants her to stay.

Divorce from first husband was only finalized in 2022. So this 2nd marriage isn’t even that old, and she just bought a $2.2 million house with 2nd husband 5 months ago. Trying to acquire assets, before the next divorce?

As someone who works for a school system, that info disgusts me no end. We would lose our jobs pronto for that kind of behavior.
