If so, then those women are pathetic and will wind up with misery. He is no prize.. |
Of course they are, I’m merely explaining how it works…never a shortage of those type of women. |
+1 PP here |
Claws in, you lobster. As if people from higher ranked schools are cheaters, too? |
Why hasn’t Kristen Cabot been forced to resign? She didn’t follow the company policy and standards either. It’s utter BS if she gets to stay. |
Total double standard. She’s the head of HR (literally and figuratively …lol) and broke every rule in the manual. Perhaps, the only one she didn’t break is that he wasn’t a subordinate. Even legit dating a co-worker (when the parties are both unmarried) is frowned upon. She’s a nightmare. Nobody can be reprimanded or take orders from her at the company from here on out. She’s 56 and been in the biz 30 years. |
Theres no way she can be taken seriously in HR. |
I'm not familiar with Astronomer as a company, but if it's a legit company with a legit board, there is no chance she can stay as the head of human resources out of all things. If I were advising her, I'd suggest resign and disappear for a year. Maybe some consulting opportunities arise then. Or she can seize the moment like the Hawk Tua women and go all in with the viral moment - podcasts, crypto scams, paid appearances. Seize the day. |
I'd tell her to lawyer up and get a good severance. |
Why do we reward bad behavior? |
She can say she knows her coworkers inside and out. |
Right nobody cares he has a poor character, the money is the point. |
That's on those women who make poor choices. |
She deserves nothing! Hasn't even been there a year and having an affair with the CEO when she is the HR head! |
They got pretty cozy quickly in the short time she worked there. Leads me to question did he know her before and creat this job or did they attract from the start? |
