Mind your business OP. Take a look inside yourself, I'm sure there are things you are neglecting in your own self care and self development. I'm sure you can spend more time with your family and less time hating yourself (which is obvious that you do from your perfect yoga mom jab). Start there. Once you feel at peace and happy with who you are, if you still feel and overwhelming desire to destroy someone else's life and your own relationship with your neighbors (and not just this household), then see a therapist to process those feelings.
