He and Kristin both filed for divorce from their previous spouses in 2018. It’s widely speculated that their 2018 divorces were due to their having an affair with each other.

He didn’t throw her under the bus. They are both adults who are responsible for their own actions. Both were complicit in this. He had a faster instinctual reaction than she did. He dropped, she turned but both had similar reactions to avoid being seen.
