Yep. Someone brought the receipts. So, we hold our diversity candidates to different standards? Plagiarism is a major offense unless you're a POC?

Apparently, *everything* is a major offense... unless you're a POC. So curious.

C'mon , it's not like she claimed to have cured cancer or proved a theorem... just borrowed some words on a made-up topic, BFD.

Sure. Bet you wouldn't be so blasé about it if she was a white conservative man.

Intersectionality matters.

Black women do not owe you citations.

“Intersectionality originated in critical race studies and demonstrates a multifaceted connection between race, gender, and other systems that work together to oppress, while also allowing privilege in other areas. Intersectionality is relative because it displays how race, gender, and other components "intersect" to shape the experiences of individuals. ”

Uh, they do if they're professors and plan to work in academia. Because, you know, you have to cite other people's ideas and work if you're using it in your research. Or have the standards changed since my time? Rules for me but not for thee?

It does not exist in K-12 schools.

Lol. Even NPR admitted that, OK, yeah, CRT is being taught in some K-12 schools after the AA AP course syllabus was released and it contained numerous modules from CRT authors and researchers. And any school teaching that concepts like systemic racism and white privilege exist or that racial equity is good are teaching that CRT is true. The two most common authors used to present these lessons are Ibram Kendi and Tiffany Jewel.

Okay so it's taught in like 1% of schools.

Yawn.

When they have a president who will not condemn antisemitism and not say that calling for genocide is against school conduct rules, these students are emboldened to do whatever the hell they want. There are no ramifications.
I agree they should be expelled.

Expelled because they confronted a U.S. Senator who thinks Israel can do no wrong and who is blinded by the same brainwashing that occurs when politicians see dollar signs from AIPAC? Who enthusiastically supports what’s happening in Gaza when the rest of the world is aghast?

Yeah, with all due respect to the institution of the Senate itself, this guy is a just a former Marine willing to whore himself out for $$$, like just about every other politician.

No such thing as a former Marine. 😡

Show some respect for people who’ve given more to this country than you ever will.

GTFO.

You have no idea what I've given, and I don't take orders from rounding errors anyway.

He's a clown. His op-ed was pathetic and servile. The minute he sold out morality for $$$, he became a disgrace to the uniform he once wore.

If you're disrespectful and/or ignorant enough to refer to someone as a "former Marine", you haven't given much.

Every American with a pulse knows better than that.

It's more widespread than that but if we accept your # then it's being taught in 131 school districts across the US. Given that the largest districts are usually also the most progressive (like Fairfax and Montgomery Counties in the DC area), that millions of K-12 students are being indoctrinated with CRT. Thank you for agreeing with me.

Yeah, as previously noted, I won’t lionize a non-heroic, morally bankrupt individual because he happened to once wear a uniform in service, and I certainly won’t take direction from Dollar Store patriots like you.
