Have you been sexually assaulted? Did you know your attacker and routinely saw him/her? If your answer is no to either to either one of the two questions, frankly my dear you have no freaking clue. and what you would do as a thirty year old is not what you would do as a fifteen year old.
DP, for what it's worth to PP, I have been sexually assaulted and I socialized with my attacker for years afterward. I still know him though I live elsewhere now and see him significantly less. This can especially happen if your attacker is a friend/acquaintance vs a stranger. Not unusual.
