Wonder who is next! They still need to get the security guard and the fat white guy in the video! and perhaps that black resident who was also defending the cop-he's just a traitor!

I've posted my concern about about the teacher and the white lady losing their jobs. But, please don't compare a job loss to lynching. That is insensitive and a poorly-chosen phrase in this context.

I reckon so-it is more of a job lynching-so many people out of work over this BS!

It is people who make racially-insensitive statements being treated like Walmart employees engaging in pro-unionization activities. I imagine that this sort of treatment comes as a shock to you, but people on the left have been dealing with it historically.

He was a school principal in Miami-said something about the cop did no wrong and feared for his life and that he commends him. What I dont get is why the HOA violating party throwers faced no repurcussions for their actions. And the 20 year old Tatiyana Rhodes who was also in the fist fight, hair pulling melee with the racist white woman (the one suspended from her job)-why is she immune form consequences-she behaved badly too!

Rhodes was fighting with another woman. What happened with her? Perhaps, no consequences for either of them because it's unclear who started the fight.

The other lady punched Rhodes in the head and was using racial slurs. I'm glad she was fired.

the video showed them both fighting-I'm not sure who throew the first punch, but they should both be fired......oh wait, it would be racist to fire the black person in the fight,

You're talking about the wrong lady. The blonde lady was supposed to be breaking up the fight but instead beat Rhodes in the head.

looks like the two going at it were pulling each other's hair-and one of the whites was trying to pull them apart-a friend of Rhodes aka KC dimepeice was egging her on saying get her KC-also Rhode posted or boasted on FB that she beat that womans ass! it was since taken down..

One of "the whites" pulling them apart=beating the black girl in the head? Yeah right. The teens did a better job than her in getting those two separated. She just went for cheap shots. Glad she was fired.

“I’m going to just go ahead and say it … the blacks are the ones causing the problems and this ‘racial tension.’ I guess that’s what happens when you flunk out of school and have no education. I’m sure their parents are just as guilty for not knowing what their kids were doing; or knew it and didn’t care. I’m almost to the point of wanting them all segregated on one side of town so they can hurt each other and leave the innocent people alone,” Fitzgibbons wrote in the since-deleted post.

Disgusting and outrageous. I hope she is fired. As suspected, the cowardly racist deleted her post. I'd respect her more if she left it up and owned it.

She has been fired. I am not sure that these repeated social media mobs that get people fired are a good thing. I am a pretty firm believer in the right to be an asshole from time to time. She deserves all the criticism in the world and maybe some assigned research on racial segregation, but firing for a Facebook post seems a bit much.

I agree. One of the reasons why I'm such as strong conservative is because I DO believe she has a right to her own views - freedom of speech. I don't agree, however, that she should be assigned research because she disagrees with the progressive viewpoint, any more than I think progressives need to do research into Christian viewpoints.

What makes you think progressives don't understand Christian viewpoints? I think anyone who wants to return to racial segregation probably doesn't understand the reality of it.

If they understood Christian viewpoints, they wouldn't be all about the forcing them out of business because they didn't tow the progressive line.

I don't think she wants to return to racial segregation as you see it. I dare say that she's referring only to the criminal element, given she's stating also that they can hurt each other. That's how I read her post. Often-times, in 'bad' neighborhoods, it's 10% ruining it for the 90%. I'd love to separate out that 10% so the 90% can live in peace.

If you are going to actually defend her nonsense, you can go ahead and run off to Stormfront where you will fit in better.

So what you're saying is as a progressive, you are tolerant of others' opinions?

According to this story, the principal was not fired but reassigned:

http://www.nbcmiami.com/news/local/North-Miami-Senior-High-School-Principal-Alberto-Iber-Loses-Job-Over-Post-on-Police-Incident-in-McKinney-Texas-306816711.html

Here is how his remarks (another Facebook posting) were reported (he is referring to Officer Casebolt):

"He did nothing wrong. He was afraid for his life," Iber posted on a Miami Herald story. "I commend him for his actions."

Reassigned? To what?

This type of thing will backfire big time.

He was the principal in a majority minority school-so likely reassigned to a school that is more "diverse" or less diverse in a different way.

Maybe if she worked at Macy's but this person was a teacher.
She dies not have the right to poison the minds of children.

Again, that is exactly the argument used to oppose gay and transgender teachers. Some claim that such teachers will poison the children's minds. I think a single Facebook post is pretty weak grounds for judging a person's entire character, but even if accurate, is there any evidence that her views have negatively impacted her teaching? I'm sure none of us know.

My children have had gay teachers before. So did I back in the 80s. I didn't care about the sexual orientation of my children's teachers and neither did my parents.

BUUUTY... If said gay or transgendered teachers posted a FB rant about how heterosexuals were _____, _____ and should be legally forced to live separately from the more evolved, civilized gays, oh all hell would break loose. Suddenly I'd have a BIG problem and concern for my kids.

In many instances, it's all about defending yourself. Especially, if you feel you are being wrongly accused/singled out/etc. It's not disrespect, it's trying to state your case. As you grow into adulthood, you learn the time and the place to do this but teens are emotional and generally want to immediately defend their character.

I think teens need to learn how to shut the hell up and respect authority. BUT I also think that expecting them to be held to the same consequences as trained, educated professionals is insane! By all witness accounts I read (from blacks and whites), the white woman started it by being insulting and taking the first swing. Teenagers today are not going to tolerate being told to go back to their Section 8 housing when 1. They may very well live in the subdivision, one comparable or nicer 2. The harassers look like trailer trash themselves. Miss Piggy was really having a 50s flashback and had to be reminded the hard way that young blacks today feel empowered.

The kids were being kids. We need adults to be adults. And realize that when we fail to do so there are consequences.

did you mean entitled? Climbing pool fences and tresspassing seem more like entitled behavior to me.

Too bad your pass is worthless cause it won't get him his job back.
Or better yet, thank goodness your pass is worthless lol.

Liberal activism at its best. Empathy only goes one way and only for people you approve of.

Sadly, it's true. There was no mention (absolute zero) on DCUM when a Bosnian (i.e. white) guy was brutally killed in St. Louis. You know what they say. Silence is a form of approval.

Generalizing about an entire group based on the actions of a small minority is almost always wrong. Do you know how many of the kids jumped a fence or trespassed? Certainly not all and, from the sounds of things, very few. The girl who was thrown to the ground, for one, didn't.
