There would need to be an indictment handed down by a grand jury. This has serious constitutional ramifications. Not to mention the threat posed by thousands of deranged and heavily-armed cultists. And then there’s the matter of the partisan theocratic hacks sitting on the nation’s highest court.

There is absolutely no way he will be arrested, ever. It's not about him. It's about the office of the American presidency. We (the American people) aren't going to tarnish it that much. Also,I would imagine any trail with him in it would take years so he'd die first.

I also don't think we'd charge a living American president with anything other than treason or sedition and as horrible as all of this is, it's not really that. It's just King George trying to stay in power. Now, I also suspect there will be charges and trails and histories will be written. History will play out so that the supporters of old king george are horribly punished as a warning to others.

Dismantling and overturning an election is much more serious than murder or tax fraud. It is antithetical to our country.

Yes, if there is evidence, which the hearings are showing us, he should be charged.

They've already taken steps in states to take the electoral college away from the people.

Yes and notice what Engel and Rosen were saying at the hearing. It's purely a states issue. SCOTUS has also talked about taking up the independent legislature issue and will be hearing civil rights next term. Civil rights is one of the ways DOJ has a role. And then there is the Vice President's role.

It's being set up as we speak. We are in for a tumultuous few years.
