Trump's election lawyer John Eastman and former Justice Department lawyer Jeffrey Clark had their phone seized and accessed (Eastman) and their home raided last week (Clark) by the FBI -- Eastman just filed suit today claiming the search was improper. Would the committee have access to materials seized by the FBI?

I wonder if this is going to reveal that Capitol Police/S-at-A were working with the insurrectionists or they know the identity of the DNC/RNC pipe bomber.

Also, my guess is that they are rushing it because there is an arrest imminent or it just happened this evening.

She has already reportedly testified to a lot of stuff. She seems to know it all, and she seems ready to talk.

These guys are communicating by various means, including Signal. Decryption snd hacking will take months.

She just changed lawyers a couple of weeks ago because she wanted to talk. Her new lawyer is Jody Hunt, who was Asst AG for the Civil Division in the Trump DOJ until 2020.
