"Obviously I expected Putin to be aggressive and uncompromising, but this is downright scary. This is a war speech."

Putin isn’t gonna cross into France.

Stop being dramatic

Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania are all on the menu.

No, won’t cross article 5 overtly but ….let’s say worst case scenario….chips away at baltics….and?

Let me know when he crosses into the rhineland.

Austria for example is not a nato member and much further east.

No one in Vienna is losing their head.

No one in Salzburg is losing their head.

If you are that scared, sell your entire stock and 401k portfolio tomorrow morning.

Thanks for the discount prices.

Austria is full on compromised by the Russian government and Russian mafia. They let Russian mob hide out in plain sight and let them spend their money.

There is a lot more Russian money in London.

Let me know when Johnson sends in the constabulary to seize all Russian citizen real estate in London.

Won’t happen.

Lol, what about Cyprus, the Netherlands, BVI & Switzerland?

Cyprus, NL, CH aren’t waving their willies around like UK is right now.

Why do you think Russians are so good at chess?

Ukrainians aren’t going to defend their territory why should we worry about it? Next/

Why in the hell is Joe holding off on these very serious sanctions they keep talking about?

Seems as if so far, they have only sanctioned people in Ukraine. What about the damn Russians?

My God, Robert Gates was right. He can't get anything right when it comes to foreign policy (or domestic policy, for that matter).

Of course they aren’t, they have no need to do so.

Nor did this.

Drop the hysteria- it’s done.

Want to do something real- let’s get our European Allies to start getting independent from Russian energy. Seriously- that’s a heavy productive lift.

Sanctions now are pr fluff.

Kamala just gave Putin a green light to invade by saying there were no war in 70 years in Europe. She completely disregarded active military actions by Russians that are going on since 2014. Sadly, she pronounced this on anniversary when Russian military entered Crimea, on February 20th. Agree with ppp that this war benefits Americans, but only American oligarchs. Average Americans will bled financially once Russia establish its powers along with China.

Putin watched as Joe installed some of the very same people who did nothing when he annexed Crimea.
Then, he watched the debacle in Afghanistan.

Is it any wonder he chose to do this now? Watch Xi Jinping next. I hope Taiwan is preparing.

Sanctions are not PR fluff!

If Putin crosses the line of control, the US and NATO should cripple Russia with sanctions as promised.

500 tanks vs a pen... that's leadership!
