I love white rice not brown! What can I do?

I love white rice, tried brown but did not enjoy. Any recommendation?

White rice is healthier than brown rice. Less arsenic.

I would just eat the white rice. Brown rice has more fiber I think and it technically doesn't break down into pure starch as fast as white rice does....but let's face it, brown rice is still high carb. And if you are going to eat carbs you might as well fully enjoy the carbs that you do eat.

It's a carb, not poison. Eat moderate portions and it's fine.

I mix some brown in with my white, and cook it longer. Also, I've been hearing about black rice, anyone tried it?

It seems to me they eat a lot of white rice in Asia and they seem to have pretty low obesity rates and pretty high life expectancies.

White rice isn't going to kill you.

Agree not a big deal. If you want to eat brown rice, I find the Trader Joe’s organic frozen brown rice to be much better. I think because it is a short grain so tastes softer.
I also like black rice a lot and it has more nutrients than white or brown.

I love my white Basmati rice with a dollop of ghee. If you are eating white rice - eat the most fragrant and wonderful white rice. Basmati from India.
