I live in Baltimore and I wouldn't pay more than 2 million for this.

I admit I am kind of glad he moved here... I think perhaps he grew to like Baltimore as he filmed House of Cards?

Headline says it all - ‘Retired since 2017': Disgraced Kevin Spacey lets his baseball cap do the talking as he delivers pizza to photographers near the $6m waterfront mansion in Baltimore where he's been hiding out and watching HIMSELF on TV news as he awaits trial

I'd move there - it looks like the only safe place in Baltimore.

I mean come on - they're situated on a pier/peninsula with a fully-gated front entrance and water on three sides. The only ones breaking in will have a helicopter.

No homeless either - one way in and out.

OP here.

i walked through that development (yes you can do that) many times. it's very central, which is nice, but doesn't feel any safer than locust point or any harbor high-rise. my fear in baltimore is that i would be robbed on a gun point while walking down the street, say. or perhaps car-jacking. there are many many condos and homes in baltimore where you are safe from a break-in - i don't really feel like that's a big issue, safety-wise.

oh, and also - those smaller homes in the same lane can be had for like 700k or something. i've been in one and they have a bad floor plan. there are also empty docks where they were supposed to have a marina but they won't have it, i think, and it looks a little depressing - the development next it to, while not as high end, has a beautiful beachy vibe. his home is certainly much better than these but i can't imagine it be worth eight times more. it just seems to me like he was used to LA prices and didn't fully adjust.

Yes, but the street and only entrance is gated off here? So you’re not worried about someone coming up on you as you pull out the car or walk your dog in front of your house. I mean - once you leave for groceries all bets are off but that at least is some comfort I’d imagine.

By next it to it what do you mean? On the main street or on a separate pier? And does it have 24/7 security and a gated entrance like this one?

Baltimore? Yuck.

Anyways, I hope he makes a comeback. Great actor. Dont really pay attention to allegations made against famous people. So many people want a free buck and 2 minuets of fame. Can't separate the wheat from the shaft.

He wasknown to be inappropriate with young co-stars on the set way before the recent public allegations.

This is Kevin Spacey. Accused of sexually assaulting a drunk teen. Yet, it’s Baltimore that you think is yucky.

+1

There was literally a family guy sketch about him locking men in his basement years ago.

I hardly think that Anthony Rapp needs 2 minutes of fame by claiming to have been sexually assaulted at the age of 14 by an A-lister who was 26.

Right, because whenever someone reports a sexual assault, it turns out so well for the victim. Their “two minutes of fame” includes being harrasssed, accused of lying, or having threats made against them.

Wheat is separated from the chaff, not shaft. Unless this was some type of gross phallic pun.
