I have 45 to lose and would like 10 of them gone by Christmas as a Christmas present to myself. Doable?
One pound a week is reasonable being that amount over. Five.
Darn. I should have started my diet earlier I guess.
I think you can easily lose 10 before Christmas. Getting moving, cut out sugar and bad carbs.
Two a week healthily if you eat "clean" and sweat six days a week.
You can lose 10 lbs it’s a little over 4 weeks. I am aiming for 7-8 lbs in 3 weeks. If I cut all sugar and white carbs, I know I can do it and you can too!!
I agree with 10. If you avoid overly processed foods, you can definitely lose at least 1 per week, and if you add in exercise, you can lose even more. I always ate terribly but exercised, but when I worked on my diet, the weight came off quickly!
Yes, you can lose 10 by Christmas if you have 40 to lose overall. Lean meats, veggies, and drink lots of water.
Why didn’t you start earlier?
Why did you gain 45 pounds you didn’t need?
I think this also depends on your age. If you are in your 20's, sure, simple, but in your 40's, this might be hard unless you drastically cut calories.
Rethink your Christmas plans and maybe you would be the perfect choice to dress up as Santa
What is your current weight?
This matters a lot. Losing the last 10 pounds would be impossible in a month. The first 10 pounds out of a larger shed (like you posted) is probably possible but only if you really do have that much to drop. |
This depends on so many factors! The *best* way to lose weight is 1-2 lbs per week, tops!
