I watched a few of the remodel shows but went between being really bored or her getting on my nerves with her over the board persona. Thoroughly confused by her I’m a Christian, I write books, I’m so Texan cute with cowboy boots and shorty tent dresses, I adopted Ethiopian kids, hey y’all can’t imagine the drama we’re going through. I was was like who are you? This isn’t like anyone I imagined from your books and blog.
They had a decent house. Did they move just to get the HGTV gig? Looking back, I think that’s when she begin to morph from I am a Christian celebrity into I want to be a celebrity into I AM the celebrity. Sad. |

She can’t just buy a few plants and learn about them - she has to have someone else do it for her, brag about knowing nothing, and go completely over the top. |

Getting on TV is already a huge luck of the draw and she did it multiple times. That’s pretty good. Yet she and Brandon were disappointed that they were not able to turn those opportunities into more regular screen gigs. Unfortunately for them, they just didn’t get the numbers and people weren’t naturally drawn to them. Jen especially is always v nervous on screen.
I won’t say you need talent to succeed on tv. I mean “stars” from shows like Love After Lockup and 90 Day Fiancé exist. Jen really doesn’t have any TV charm though. I think that this is a major reason she got with Tyler. He’s only had a few acting gigs himself but I wouldn’t be surprised if she thought they’d become some power couple and get their own show. |

| I don't understand a tee shirt that says " Plant Gay". Makes no sense other than to signal to others how cool we are? Don't gay people plant the same way as any other people? How needlessly dumb and contrived to act as though our sexual orientation has anything to do with our ability to plant a seed and grow it! |

Isn’t she always bragging about her 12 pecan trees? And now she’s pretending to be a plant airhead 😓 You and your daughter can share plant experiences without turning it into a cheap off-Broadway production.
She comes across as especially disingenuous these days. |

| Jen is a great live speaker, but it does not translate into TV charisma. That's a whole other level of energy and attractiveness. And Jen was once a very attractive woman. |

I don’t think you need to be that attractive to succeed on TV, especially not reality TV. Jen lacks screen charisma though and she knows it. Her insta videos, talk show appearances and even podcast do not put her screen abilities in a good light.
She’s hyper aware of herself, constantly reaching for lines and super fidgety. Maybe she needs to take some stronger gummies before her next appearance. |

She’s shilling her own special made up Jen bundle from one of the vitamin/nutrition/supplement whatever favor of the day is. One of them is for improving menopause hair.
