Words that turn me off another mother

I hate when a mother calls her baby a pig or little piggy. Just hate it.

Yes, I judge people too quickly and I am undoubtedly a b*tch but I hear a mother call her baby “little piggy” and I won’t start a friendship.

I guess we probably wouldn't have been good friends anyways. I tend not to judge other mothers.

“He love the boob” or mothers who call their breasts “boobies”. When feeding another human, please call them breasts. “He loves nursing” is the same number of syllables and will keep me wanting to know you.

You are right. I judge like mad. We would never be friends at all.

Yes! Holy hell, how can women say this?! With everything we know and have experienced with eating disorders, why do women still say this?!

Omg I COMPLETELY agree OP.

I am apt to judge a mother who who parrots fad words like “helicopter” or “free range”.

And for some weird reason, I hate the term “self-soothing”! It creeps me out.

Same, OP. I also really don't get along with moms who have strong opinions against kids. Like: OMG, this 5 year old is such a know-it-all. NO SHIT, he's 5. If a 40+ year old feels the need to judge a kid under 10, I kinda take it as a sign that we're not to be friends.

I have never heard this but can not fathom why this bothers you.

Yuck, anyone who talks about how much their kid likes to suck their boobs, in any verbiage, gets the friend boot...
