These coaches love to brag about their wins, but how many kids did they have quit their teams and the sport altogether? They have far more failures than success. If a coach is going to force quit players, coaches that don’t perform should also be gone.

She sent out a way to sign up for an intro meeting. But if your idea of college recruiting is to sit and wait for someone to send you something, you are in a lot of trouble.

I'm confused. You said she hasn't reached out, but she has. Have you signed up and met with her? It was a decent meet and greet so she could get to know the players. She had some good info. She's offered to proof emails, is being copied on all correspondence, and is planning to hold monthly info sessions (like how to make a good highlight video). The players still need to do the work. If you're looking for someone to do it for you, you might want to hire a service.

No one said we weren't doing the work i said I never received an email from her or the club. How can I reach out to someone i didn't even know existed until I read it on DCUM. She isn't even listed in the club site.

If you are actually with the club you would have known about it. In addition to her messages, the club sent a message announcing her hiring.

He is an abusive coach whose time is numbered. Just because he had a lot of big names, doesn't make him a good coach. Snyder had a lot of big named players and that didn't make him a good owner. It is the fact that he doesn't care that makes him such a shthead. A lot of people have done good by him only to get dumped on. As I said, his days are numbered. He will join club with RAT soon enough.

We all agree that team coaches dont develop. They are too worried about winning and keeping parents happy so they can feed their families. Lets be honest, they dont get pay to develop players, they get pay to win. The system in the US for travel clubs is ran like that, for MLS Academies is about development, coaches get pay to develop players and before someone tells me about DC United ,yes they suck. They dont know how to properly run an academy or run a MLS club.
