They are too worried about winning and keeping parents happy so they can feed their families. Lets be honest, they dont get pay to develop players, they get pay to win. The system in the US for travel clubs is ran like that, for MLS Academies is about development, coaches get pay to develop players and before someone tells me about DC United ,yes they suck.
