That is false. There are some open positions that aren’t posted. I have no idea why but our school has 6 open positions but only 3 posted. I imagine it’s the same elsewhere.

Maybe some are only posted once for instance grade 1-3 teacher but is for multiple positions?

I think it is most probably one person or two tops that are doing all the posting. You can tell by the way they always use too much exclamations and lols and similar insults. I don't know how they know about the hirings information, maybe they are on the PTOs (but hopefully not because this person is very annoying).

I looked and it’s a Multiple Disabilities position. Those are some of the hardest roles to fill in all of public education. It can be a very physical job on top of the IEPs and paperwork. There is a ton of openings for it county wide.
