I'm sure there are unicorn schools where admin supports their staff but honestly most teachers and counselors feel like they are on an island by themselves. Not a good feeling and the pay is not in any way an incentive. |
Uh oh Navy you are back up with multiple vacancies! |
Yikes - let’s all panic! |
Check back after a week. In the meantime, go watch the Olympics
|
LOL honey~ I could careless honestly but you did TELL US!!!!! |

Uhmm... why are you posting, "honey"? Go back to caring less. |

Not often discussed here but check to see if your school’s health room is fully staffed. Likely a new hire or contractor LPN with plans for spotty substitute aide coverage. If vacant responsibilities fall on front office trained back up who believe me doesn’t have the time. These positions are filled through the health department and since Covid have been extremely difficult to staff.
Critical to determine and understand though if your student has a chronic health condition, needs daily meds and or anaphylactic allergies. |

In case anyone is looking to sub, Navy is in need of a long term substitute Grade 6 Teacher, Special Education- Enhanced Autism teacher, Special Education Learning Disabilities Teacher and Special Education Multiple Disabilities teacher. |
Wow that is half a SPED team. |
LOL-I like how this aged. |
Plus a counselor. |
Yikes! |
