Popeye’s. Can only eat there once or twice a year, but it’s so good. Love the fried chicken and the chicken sandwich was as good as the hype. Another fast food fav is Taco Bell. It’s garbage, but I still love it.

Sit down…Olive Garden is ok. You don’t leave hungry.

Been to Cracker Barrel, Denny’s, ihop, Bob evans many times as a kid on family road trips and even as a kid thought they were garbage. I don’t see how anyone eats this stuff.

Np here. I lived mostly abroad as a kid and I love all these chains, especially the ones from road trips. Denny's breakfast in a small town is amazing! Also you haven't lived until you have eaten at Luby's. This is American food. And while you shouldn't eat it every day, it has a place in the world's food stage.

You can buy their dressing in the grocery store. Get some lettuce and cheese and you can even have more than the 2 tomatoes and 4 olives they give you in the salad at the restaurant.

Love the Cheesecake Factory! Their bread is so delicious with some butter and dipped into their balsamic vinaigrette. We used to go there for special occasions 20+ years ago... and the realization that that was 20 years ago just made me really sad.

Other chain restaurants I love:
California Tortilla (their fish tacos are surprisingly good!)
Chick-fil-A
And back in the day I really loved Friday's- but haven't been in over 15 years

I can’t do Denny’s. Food is fine, but service was always SLOW. I like Cracker Barrel, especially for breakfast. Keep it simple-eggs, grits, and toast.

Ha! Thanks for the memories. I was a Red Lobster bartender summers and weekends before college. Not old enough to drink, but old enough to make killer frozen drinks. Patrons were always 4 deep waiting for tables, but surprisingly great tippers. Lots of regulars who'd flirt and tip well for acknowledging their middle aged attempts, and remembering their favorite drinks.
