| This is unpopular, but I agree with the therapist. You’re looking for an “out”. This likely stems from the same root as, why you are unmarried at 38 if you very much want a family and have been in therapy about it all. Your gut has no proven experience of being right in this realm, and you’re fearful. We all have to make tradeoffs—Go in with your eyes open, but don’t be afraid to take the leap. Good luck OP! |
