But WHY won't you answer my question about what your specific concern is? That's not me being a bully, that's me wondering what specifically you're worried about - SIL getting sick, SIL getting your kids sick. SIL getting you sick, even though you're vaccinated? I just don't understand. Please explain this to me, so I can help answer the question.

Are you really that dense to not know that

A. Vaccines are not 100% effective
B. Her children cannot yet get the vaccine, so more protected adults help stop the spread.

Appropriate behavior can also help.
