New TJ admissions proposal docs are up - 11/17 school board meeting

There is a group currently collecting signatures for a recall trial for Tholen, Cohen, and Omeish. if you live in Dranesville or Springfield you can sign for your school board member, and anyone can sign for Omeish.

Other than that, I haven't heard of any recall efforts.

I hope people sign these petitions if they are going to indulge Keys Gamarra with this silliness. There are about 500 things that should take priority over an expensive new program for budding SJWs at Lewis HS.

Not sure why TJ has to change. SB should just pick Lee HS as the next TJ and then implement there Equity/Racist admission lotto for that school.

Yes. It should have been decided on back in September. I cannot believe that the SB has had more meetings on TJ admissions at this point than return to school.

Agreed. It's ridiculous to be making huge changes during a pandemic in such a haphazard way and with such delay...especially when they could have used the time to improve distance learning or when/how to get kids some face to face time.
