Clarification, not the same bro as the PP's listed. As stated, the guy I'm "dating" does not own a condo but townhouse not near the location as the other man. Thankfully no dog as I am allergic. Plus guy would have been called out on his BS!

I'm 28, about to be 29. Already had Covid at some point with no symptoms but carry the antibodies. As for the guy I'm "dating" think I was overly nervous felt this thread held some value with being new to the dating scene here in DC. Thankfully the feedback was helpful.

You are in your prime. If the sex is good, I would just hang out with him a bit longer. Don’t let party guy prevent you from meeting the one.

I was engaged at 28 and married at 29. I had my first baby at 30.

Most of my friends met and got married in their late 20s/early 30s.
