Is anyone else turned off by Demi Moore's tell all book?

I always thought Ashton was a talentless creep. A deluded heartthrob millionaire surrounded by sycophants who convinced himself he's hysterical. He's always been so painfully unfunny. Obnoxious and dumb as a brick.

Definitely talentless. Dumb, not so much... he hasn't worked as an actor in years (thankfully for all of us) because he's had success at his venture capital firm.

If I were in her shoes, I would always be wondering if he cheated & had threesomes w/Demi, then would he turn around and cheat on me??

Demi in the end dodged a huge bullet by divorcing Ashton -
He was selfish + only cared about his own needs/wants over hers.

I am surprised because he comes off like a cool, stand up kind of guy.
The typical straight man.
Good all around.

Humorous, charming, relevant and family-oriented.
Now I know he is everything but.

Ehh, I cheated on a m boyfriend of five years in my 20s. I was kind of a selfish jerk. I've now been with my husband for 1/3 of my life and I would never even consider cheating.

It is so annoying when a celebrity publishes a memoir, but doesn’t talk about EVERYthing.
It’s like a waste of time & money for us.

If anyone has already read the book -
Can you tell me if she includes a reference to her first hubby (before Bruce + Ashton.)
His name was Gary Moore.
That is where she took her last name from.
Thx!

How do you know she included everything?
She could have been a teen crack whore but failed to mention it. Or a shoplifter

Good for Demi! People on DCUM are really harsh ..always judging women in a harsher way than they judge men.

It's Freddy Moore, and yep, she talked all about her marriage to him and shared pictures. He was more a father figure, since she was so young (teen bride). She didn't really say anything bad about him - just obviously was not going to work out given age difference, he was a musician and she was trying to be an actress. And that's when her alcohol abuse really started and revved up.

If there was an older actor writing a tell all book about how some young actress had demanded that he participate in threesomes with her...he would be laughed out of town. And people would be thinking that he was a very gross man for making all that public. In fact, some might think that the old actor might have been the pervert in that relationship all along....

What's good for the goose....

Ashton named his son Dimitri.

Weird

He has a current Netflix show. Doesn't he? The ranch. I watched a couple episodes but they feel too much like old school network sitcoms.....in a bad way

Who cares, its a stretch and not an interesting observation.

For those who believe Ashton is more accomplished, safe to say he is not on the New York Times Bestseller list.

I personally find that whole cougar thing to be pretty gross.

Gross how? More like less popular than the older woman/younger man pairing. If a 30 year old woman can marry a 55 year old man and get high fives from his male peers than the same is fine if the genders are reversed. We're just conditioned that 55 year old women's bodies are gross and that no younger man should be interested. Men should always seek younger, but nope women? Nope!

That aside, in her book Demi says Jon Cryer lost his virginity to her and he said on twitter that it was a lie, so assuming he is telling the truth it makes you wonder how much of the book is true. Doubt many will sue because they would have to share all kinds of personal details, that they may not want to, in order to prove it.

Not exactly a boldface lie. He said he was bad enough for her to think he was a virgin and that he was crushing on her.
