So maybe the same for OP’s man. They could be something of significance for him that she needs to find out. Agree with pp. check out those pinky stuff and those glasses!

Your brother is gross. I’m friends with Alicia and she would be horrified. She’s such a nice normal person.

The pen chewing thing above is wierd.

But “Gucci girl” I have seen before. I know of a friend who does this every time the guy we know she is interested comes into the room. It’s more of a natural response rather than a flirting response IMO and she is nervously chewing her glasses if she took them off. Otherwise it would be her nails or necklace that she would be biting on.

See a lawyer to figure out how best to protect your assets from the coming lawsuits, in the meantime don’t destroy or otherwise tamper with the evedence, once your financial house is in order, call the auhorities, this has serial killer, pedo, underage porno, rapist written all over it.

I think underage and porno might be stretching it. If it was happening it would have to be somewhere house and not in That basement.

Cross dressing and maybe fetish or fantasy is more like it.

And the pen chewing post above just shows we all have different strange fantasies. True or false, it still shows someone out there has a fantasy of looking at chew marks on a pen left by a girl that looked or is Alicia. I chew my pens since high school so I now wonder if anyone kept all those pens I might have left around or lost! And I promise, I am not flirting! I just like to chew my pens. (My kids hate my chewed pens) But whatever it is, it just proofs someone fantasizes about this to keep chewed pens for 20 years

Pedophile. You can buy that kind of stuff online. He gets off on it. I’m serious OP. Check his Internet history and be prepared. He’s into young girls. Watch him around your daughters and be careful. Sorry.

This really doesn't sound suspicious. There are a couple of probable scenarios, here: 1) there are enough females in the house where these kinds of things can easily accumulate over time (sleep overs, binge shopping, etc.), and it's hard to keep track of all that comes into the house. I know this from experience, I have 3 girls; and 2) the most likely scenario, your DH is keeping these items in a special place because he's collecting them so he can anonymously donate them or take them to a shelter for children in need.

Breathe, people.

This response honestly makes zero sense.

I can't tell you how many times families have thought "Dad is getting creepy, controlling, strange, immature etc etc" before really noticing what's actually going on. I don't wish this on any family but my money is on finding an Alzheimers diagnosis within 18 months.

Signed, A geriatric social worker.

I had the same thought. No direct experience of dementia (relatives who did not live nearby) but I thought of a novel about Alzheimer's ("We Are Not Ourselves")
