How much taxpayer money would have to be spent to acquire additional right-of-way, upgrade entrances/exits, install signage, etc.? Also, the proposed HOV/ toll road would just increase traffic on adjacent local streets. I also don’t think the transportation planners have adequately considered how it will impact many neighborhoods that funnel directly onto the Parkway.

This idea needs to be scrapped before any more funds are wasted on “studies”.

My minivan has tinted windows and 3 child car seats in the back. My EZ-Pass is going to always be set to HOV mode so no big deal.
