Live: Roy Moore is not conceding. The Alabama Secretary of State says provisional ballots/military ballots have not been counted yet and if the result is within 0.5% at that point there will be an automatic recount

Difference is more than 1.5% now according to my math with the NYT results. That’s a big shift to come from military (mostly R) and provisional (mostly D.)

+1 Wishful thinking on Moore's part. A 1.5% lead when 100% of the ballots have been counted isn't going to change much with some late arriving ballots.

63% of white women voted for the Moore. This is despite Moore saying he thought the 19th amendment was a bad thing. 97% of black women voted for Doug Jones. Democrats need to figure out why white women are voting against their own interests.
