That was easy for you, but not for everyone. My maintenance calories--that is, neither gain nor lose is about 1550, with exercise (had a bod pod metabolism testing) I'm 5'1" and 46 years old and 120#. And that's with 4x week of both 55 min cardio and 45-60 min weight lifting. So for me to lose 10 lbs at 1200 calories/day, it would take about 102 days, or 14 weeks. While it is great that it was easy for you, its not easy for everyone. |
