Stealing from non profits.

Just read an article that his last 3 movies were flops and Weinstein Company has had financial struggles for years.

He auctioned off internships with the money going to ART to keep his play Finding Netherland going.

Speaking as an employment law attorney who tends to work for the "bad guys," there is hardly a man who, given a little power over people he finds sexually attractive, doesn't misuse it. A lot of you posting in this thread probably have husbands, sons, brothers, fathers, male friends who have sexually harassed and/or are currently sexually harassing someone. The way to address this epidemic isn't to wait for the victims to come to light. It is to realize that we have to watch any man in power very closely.

I work in a law firm. And everyone talks about the male partners (it's always partners) who stand too close, who physically intimidate, who stare at women's chests rather than their faces. One partner is lovely though - he will sometimes want to look over documents together with an associate and he'll say "Do you mind if I come around and sit next to you so we can look at this?" And the time I covered for his secretary he asked me "May I come around to show you what I want done on this document?" before he stood next to where I was sitting. He's so respectful of space.

This is so great and so rare. I actually loved reading about this man you work with, gives me hope. I've had the same scenarios of men wanting to look over something only to "massage" my shoulders or hug me. I even had one supervisor do his best to lure me to his hotel room but I shut him down. Thank god I had the intuition to remove myself from the situation before it escalated.

Anyone who thinks Harvey Weinstein doesn't exist EVERYWHERE for women in any business is kidding themselves. Makes me sad.

These are the same people who keep employing Mel Gibson, and letting Woody Allen make movies. So gross.

The more I read about him the more disgusted I am and think he should be in jail. He’s a sexual predator. He’s assaulted countless women. I knew for a long time he had a bad reputation for being an a hole, super rude, ruthless, pushy, a screamer, etc., and at first I wasn’t sure surprised to hear he had harassed women. But the stories go beyond just harassement (go on a date with me, give me a back rub, I like your boobs), they are assault (look at my penis, watch me masturbate, I ejaculate on you, I force you to kiss me, I push you up against the wall and grind on you, give me a blow job and I get you a movie role, etc). It is so disgusting. These are serious crimes. And for all those people to know and be complicit or actively accepting and assisting (let me pay you off if you sign here) is shameful beyond belief.

Think of how many women there are actually probably are assaulted by them that we will never know.

Lisa Bloom resigned from being his advisor today.

Good, so what?! At least the story is out and hopefully not one more woman will be victimized by this man. He is a serial sexual assaulter.

Which just goes to show how powerful they are. No one without power stood up to him first. Just a feud between two greedy brothers. The rest of Hollywood remains under their control. Their silence is disgusting. Reminds me of Penn State.

Has he worked with the Corey's and other child actors? Or is his predatory behavior just focused on young women?

Weinstein bragged at some Jewish award dinner that he operated like the mafia and that was how he built his business. No one speaks out about the owners of Hollywood because they are followers of a corrupt, greedy , women abusers. They probably all have legal contracts that they can never speak out. Gross

They also give standing ovations to fugitive child rapist/sodomizer and producer of child porn: Roman Polanski.

Hollyweird is so disgusting. Yet we all gossip about them constantly and celebrate them with adoring annual award shows.

Woody Allen, Roman Polanski, and all those who abused the two Coreys - would tend to support your suspicion.

You should read McKenzie Phillips autobiography about why Mic Jäger did to her.
