Harvey Weinstein

However Weinstein really didn't need Gwyneth Paltrow to do a bare breasted scene to win an Oscar. And he also got Salma Hayek to do a lesbian scene in a Miramax movie. Then again I thought that about Halle Berry and her Oscar in "Monsters Ball," a movie starring Sean P. Diddy as Sean Combs in the credits. Halle won an Oscar but she had to appear nude in a sex scene with Billy Bob Thornton. That was a Lee Daniels film, not having anything to do with Weinstein.

A lot of those movies are more like soft core por#.

Shakespeare in Love was garbage. It was lightweight junk. Why the hell don't you spell the word porn. These movies were not porn like at all. What a weird post.

Yes, the evil he perpetrated is unfathomable, yet Michelle “honored” at the White House with a huge extravaganza. Everyone knew what he was doing, but didn’t care.

Plenty of privileged women don't care in the slightest when their men abuse under privileged women. But if they have a consensual affair with an "equal", they'll go scorched earth.

Not a single woman I've ever known is like that. What a bunch of weirdos have taken over this thread. So much misogyny.

Another open secret in Hollywood is that Weinstein advertised and lobbied Academy voters heavily to win the Oscars for Shakespeare in Love and other films. Everyone campaigns but his efforts were remarked upon a lot because they spent more money and did more than anyone had before. He was supppsedly obsessive about winning Oscars. It's absurd that Shakespeare in Love won over Saving Private Ryan and it was controversial at the time.

He also demanded that actresses wear his wife's gowns to events.
