I'm literally paid to care. By that I mean it doesn't extend into my personal life and I don't go on rescue missions when I'm not being paid unless it is straight charity work for an organization. I think my husband appreciates that I turn it on and turn it off and it doesn't bleed into my personal life. |

GSM 14, central economist, LOL. Such DC choices.
I would fall and have fallen hard for music obsessives who really know their stuff. You can't be truly into music without being a naturally passionate person and it tends to translate to romantic endeavors... A combo of seld confidence, a sense of humor, empathy and lack of mental issues tops it all though. He could be an airline gate agent and this would still Trump everyw (I'm trying to think of a boring option as an example, apologies to the gate agents reading this). |
| PP here. Of course with the above spelling, I'd have no chance. |

Doctors. I married one, but we were dating before he was a doctor.
Firemen. At least The ones that appear on those calendars... |
Dammit, you made the joke before I could; that's my current grade. I wandered in here hoping there were women who would say Federal Manager. "I'm in middle management, I supervise people. I drive a Dodge Stratus!" Sadly, not to be. While I respect teachers, and my kid's kindergarten teacher was smoking hot, they don't get paid much and aren't treated well by the counties they work for, not usually. I'm actually on board with attorney, I like the idea of a woman I'm both attracted to but who is also a success in a well paying field, so I don't feel like the household is wholly dependent on my earnings. So I'd probably go with jobs that are usually considered more masculine, like attorney, doctor, etc....just a woman in the role. Massage Therapist also has a nice feel to it, especially if they own their own practice and don't mind fixing my back here and there. |

No, they will say it's because they like the "nurturing" aspect, but I think that it's because they get to be the tough, masculine role. Every.single.man I've ever met who is into women specifically in those roles (teachers -- especially elementary school -- and nurses) are "tough guy" types who like to be the macho one and want a woman who is "softer" than he is and a woman who babies him. |

Firefighter. Most days are filled with working out
Professional athlete (good sport not something lame) have to agree with the navy seal or "private company contractor" aka operator aka mercenary but yeah definite downsides |

| Photographer. Musician, DJ. |
' + 1 Navy seals, marines, NCIS - Anthony Denozzo, CIA, Hawaii- five-Oh!, FBI, Cops, Homocide detectives, firemen....mostly macho guys in uniforms etc. Now, would not want to be married to one but fantasize about them? Of course. BTW, happy with my DH and the nerdy profession he is in. |
| This isn't a very odd thread. Very juvenile and Maybe even a little pervy... |
Where is the popcorn? |

Male college professors...so sexy.
Engineers Can't stand firefighters, cops, blue collar types. Give me a guy who is halfway decent looking, wears glasses and makes thoughtful observations about the world. |
