Any other women in "pink collar" jobs find that men actually dislike it? I was a yoga instructor and worked with animals, and most men really disliked it, or at best were neutral. Or maybe they like caring women in theory but not in practice....I've gotten many eye rolls and exasperated sighs over the years for stopping to help loose dogs, injured birds, and lost children. Nobody has ever found it attractive. [/quote]

I'm literally paid to care. By that I mean it doesn't extend into my personal life and I don't go on rescue missions when I'm not being paid unless it is straight charity work for an organization. I think my husband appreciates that I turn it on and turn it off and it doesn't bleed into my personal life.[/quote]
