PP here. Actually I'm not sure how to answer that! We were both EMT's in our community when we met. So hospital kind of played a role lol! I know lots of police officers or firefighters who are married to nurses or teachers

Any other women in "pink collar" jobs find that men actually dislike it? I was a yoga instructor and worked with animals, and most men really disliked it, or at best were neutral. Or maybe they like caring women in theory but not in practice....I've gotten many eye rolls and exasperated sighs over the years for stopping to help loose dogs, injured birds, and lost children. Nobody has ever found it attractive.
