Sadly, this. I have found that once you accept all politicians are corrupt, it bothers you less.

It makes me sad, also, but this is how I view it. Her emails are on parade right now, but is anyone actually stupid enough to believe that emails of other politicians don't contain the same kind of shit? That Republican strategists don't do the same kind of thing? Bullshit.

Even the ones that started out idealistic eventually play the game. The game stinks.

You know, I like to think that it is not the politicians who are corrupt, but the system that is broken.

The outrage is not that Trump took a $900 million loss, but that it was legal.

The outrage is not that Hillary's associates made money off their connections to her, but that it was legal.

The outrage is not that there is a revolving door between lobbyists and Congress, but that it is legal.

We know what needs to happen to fix this.

Public financing of campaigns
Laws prohibiting solicitation of contributions while in office
Laws prohibiting the revolving door between lobbyists and congress
reversal of Citizens United

Why can't we all get behind what needs to be done?

Agreed. How do we make this happen? After Trump is out of the picture, of course.

Agree with this x 10000000000.

Unfortunately it would take a constitutional amendment to fix it at this point. And that means that you need the approval of 2/3 of the house and the senate each, or get 2/3 of the state legislatures to call a convention and vote.

After all that is done, 3/4 of the states must ratify the result.

So in the end you need supermajorities of the people addicted to this money to vote against it.

But if you vote for her, you are supporting corruption. If she wins, we are saying to our political class that open, blatant corruption is acceptable so long as that person is a Democrat. Paying for violence at political rallies? Firebombing GOP headquarters? Pay for play? How many people have been harmed by this? If any Republican nominee did a fraction of the things Hillary has done, he/she would be held accountable, he/she would be in jail. If Hillary is elected, she will have no barriers to doing worse things.

It's fascinating that Stein is openly collaborating with Breitbart, Infowars and RT. Perhaps she hopes for an appointment in a Trump administration.

There's no proof for anything you claim.

Either you are willfully ignorant, or blatantly partisan. Video and email conversations prove each of those, respectively.

Yes, but until we see those emails you're saying exist you simply can't use it as an argument.

And, from what we've learned from the HRC folks, particularly on this forum, is that email are pffffft no big deal so you really shouldn't give a hoot about 'em.

And how many of you thought Trump was the only one being down on a religion (supposedly)?

Every vote for Hillary is a vote for more government corruption. This needs to stop.

No, that would be you. There has literally been nothing to support the propaganda you're reciting. None.
