"Every vote for Hillary is a vote for elitist corruption." -Dr. Jill Stein

That's the way to improve the US.

Let's see. I'm starving to death. I can either choose between the maggot-infested piece of Brie or the moldy pizza.

choices, choices - so many choices

as is a vote for Gary or a vote for the Mormon dude, I've heard

oh well, I say - Those are my choices.
those or leaving that part blank

Let the public speak. Sometimes apathy puts things into motion, too.

Choosing not to decide is still making a choice.

This is what gets me, and what I've been trying to share with my AA pals who seem to like her. I can't get it through their heads. The super predator comment is bothersome to this day. She was racist when she said it, and to think she's suddenly "evolved" is pure bullshit.

As a white woman myself, I know she's only saying what the public wants to hear. (same for Trump) But If people think she's FOR the average Joe, they're fooling themselves. She'll say enough to get elected. So until I see her making huge changes to address poverty and to improves schools in both rural and urban places, I'll continue to view her as yet another dirty politician who blows hot air.

Let's see her meet with gangs the way Farrakhan has. Now THAT I'd pay to see!

Sadly, this. I have found that once you accept all politicians are corrupt, it bothers you less.

You know, I like to think that it is not the politicians who are corrupt, but the system that is broken.

The outrage is not that Trump took a $900 million loss, but that it was legal.

The outrage is not that Hillary's associates made money off their connections to her, but that it was legal.

The outrage is not that there is a revolving door between lobbyists and Congress, but that it is legal.

We know what needs to happen to fix this.

Public financing of campaigns
Laws prohibiting solicitation of contributions while in office
Laws prohibiting the revolving door between lobbyists and congress
reversal of Citizens United

Why can't we all get behind what needs to be done?

The reason the business loss is legal is for economic reasons - you want to promote entrepreneurship and encourage job creation. There is no comparison between that and pay for play or any activity in which a politician is in bed with private industry.

At least he's an outsider. People are sick. sick. sick of the Washington Corruption Machine.

Stupidest reason to vote someone into office.

You think ignorance of the issues is an asset?

"Open Borders" is ignorant, imho, but that's just me.
Your brilliance may tell you otherwise. So be it.

NP here. That was a long term dream.
Like "'my dream is a job I love where I work 20 hours per week and make gobs of money."get it?

The difference? You don't have the power to make your dream come true in a Hillary world.

and it's statements like this where Stein is 100% correct. You've been sucked (suckered?) into the mental and fiscal corruption game to believe this.

She's talking directly to and about people just like you.

Which vaccines? It might still be in some multivial versions of the flu shot perhaps.

Not LITERALLY. The ballots will include other option(s) for president. I thought liberals were smart.

You don't need to be able to take a $900 million loss to encourage entrepreneurship. That is practically asking all taxpayers to fund your stupid business decisions.

We can rationalize anything that way, if you want to.

Oh, former legislators have a lot of expertise that can be valuable to a business as a lobbyist!

You have got to be kidding. Clinton isn't going to be a dictator. Of the two candidates, Trump is by far more likely to turn into one. People were saying Obama would be a dictator, take away allllllll our guns, etc too. Typical right wing BS.

Words literally change meaning. Literally means literally and not literally based on how it's used. Sick means badass as in "that's one sick ride". Words change. Step out of your ivory tower and learn about the real world. It's been happening since words started.
