Hillary just insults a quarter of all Americans

Hate Trump with a passion but I think it was wrong of Clinton to say that about his supporters. First of all I doubt that the number is as high as half. Second, even if it is a statement like that just makes her look bad. Third, you don't start out with the negative. You start with the positive - most of his supporters are hurt by the economy and feel frustrated - then you go to the negative. But if you start with the negative, people are going to focus on that and not hear the positive.

So a mistake for two reasons: 1) it struck me as an overestimate 2) but even if it's not, strategically it was a mistake to state the negative first.

+1 It doesn't bode well for governing after the election is over.

The Clintons have been and will always be WHITE TRASH WITH MONEY they stole.

You just summed up Trump and his supporters right there.

By not paying people he owes money to, he has stolen money from them.

Many white trash are voting for him.

This is just a tit for tat, really. They are both bad, but he takes it to a whole new level with the amount outright lies compared to HRC, and his hateful rhetoric.
Please, could you not throw around the term "white trash"? It's a pejorative.

I'm done with the double standard. There are plenty of poor whites working hard each day to support themselves and their families. Maybe they live in a trailer home. Maybe they live in the middle of nowhere. Maybe they live in the inner city.

But referring to them as white trash is just as bad as other pejorative terms given to minorities.

But isn't this the season of anti-political correctness?

Which is why they hate Trump. Biggest liar of them all. Shockingly so. He just makes stuff up right and left. The man has no honest bone in his body.

Sensationalize - yes

Lies - no

The narrative of the left is to push an agenda that Grubernation has seen already. Worked with McCain and Romney, won't with a fighter like Trump.

? uh.. yes. He is the biggest liar of them all. HRC lies don't even compare to Trump's. I just don't understand how his supporters keep talking about what a liar she is when he's an even bigger liar, by far. Do these people not bother to read and check facts?

Please check the facts:

http://www.politifact.com/personalities/donald-trump/

The majority of things he's stated have been found to be false.

True (4%)(9)
Mostly True (11%)(27)
Half True (15%)(36)
Mostly False (18%)(44)
False (35%)(87)
Pants on Fire (18%)(45)
= 71% mostly false, false, pants on fire false

http://www.politifact.com/personalities/hillary-clinton/

True (22%)(55)
Mostly True 28%)(70)
Half True (22%)(54)
Mostly False (15%)(37)
False (11%)(27)
Pants on Fire (2%)(6)

= 28% mostly false, false, pants on fire false

On the front page, there's nothing he's stated that is even somewhat true; they are all false.

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/

And what's your point? that Politifact is unbiased? lol

If you were smarter you'd realize that there's no such thing as objectivity. Interpretations vary, and statistics can be twisted to support multiple sides.

http://www.usnews.com/opinion/blogs/peter-roff/2013/05/28/study-finds-fact-checkers-biased-against-republicans
Who’s Checking the Fact Checkers?
A new study sheds some light on what facts the press most likes to check.

Now comes a study from the George Mason University Center for Media and Public Affairs that demonstrates empirically that PolitiFact.org, one of the nation's leading "fact checkers," finds that Republicans are dishonest in their claims three times as often as Democrats. "PolitiFact.com has rated Republican claims as false three times as often as Democratic claims during President Obama's second term," the Center said in a release, "despite controversies over Obama administration statements on Benghazi, the IRS and the AP."

lol.. usnews is not biased? It's a fluff magazine, never won a pulitzer from what I recall.

I don't understand your point about the GMU study. All it says is that both Repubs and Dems lie. Politifact has stated the same. But, this isn't about Repubs vs Dems, really, because there are many Repubs who are crossing over to vote for HRC (myself included). This is a Trump vs. HRC lies, and I bet if GMU did a study, they'd find Trump lies waaaay more than HRC.

For most anyone else, yes. For the establishment, race-baiting, former Tammy Wynette Senator, no. She's disgusting.

And frequent allusions to locking up your opponent/failing to condemn a surrogate's multiple calls for your opponent's death by firing squad do? I await your answer...

Are we talking about Trump?

She made an accurate statement; I don't see that as lying.
Sadly, my facebook feed Donald Trump bully-fest insult-a-rama confirms that her statement is accurate.

She's right, except the wrong people. My Twitter and Facebook feed is filled with awful drivel from leftists calling people stupid, advocating the assassination of Trump and basic cluelessness on how our country operates

These are the Libs who piss off moderate Libs.

There's ignorance on both sides, folks, but when you throw out hateful words - like those the PP mentioned above - and yet highlight how educated you are, you basically look like an asshole.

I've said this again and again. The most dangerous people are "educated," wealthy Libs. They will vote for the Dem, knowing that they have enough $ to keep their kids in private and to keep themselves away from the "unwashed masses."

+1000.

Hillary attacks voters again labeling Trump supporters "Irredeemable" and "Not American".

Hitler labeled Jews "Irredeemable" and "Not German".

Wonder what Hillary will propose doing with the "Irredeemable", "Not American" Trump supporters if she wins?

Hillary: A Quarter Of America Is ‘Irredeemable,’ ‘Not America’

Hear that? That's the sound of a failing campaign.

I believe the elitist-leftist "no label" crowd just pulled out the labeling machine!

If that's the case, then all of the pejorative terms assigned to minorities should be resurrected, too, right?

Your game is a losing one, PP.

Actually, this would not bother me as much if it was the only thing my Trump supporter friends posted on facebook. The confederate flag/Trump combo is what they put on their cars.

The nasty comments about blacks and illegal immigrants (who I don't like much either, but I don't insult them) are what they say in person and even in their posts. Only the most absolutely racist of my relatives and friends talked this way about black and brown people before the campaign. Now, others are coming out the wood work. It's disturbing. And, they've turned what was already a somewhat racist symbol of the confederate flag (not everyone who used to fly it was racist) into a completely racist symbol. It's now even being adopted by racists in other countries: https://www.quora.com/Why-do-Bulgarian-Neo-Nazis-wear-Confederate-Flags

If you had to deal with someone in your own life who has dementia, you'd know perfectly well that Hillary is just fine. It's not really something to joke about.

You're right, it's a big deal. She needs to release her records, her erratic behavior indicates mental instability to me. Most of all, pathological liar.

oh, for heaven's sake, turn off Fox News. Your IQ will thank you.

I think it's poor judgment for HRC to have said that. It looks very bad to criticize voters, whether or not she agrees with unpleasant views. She wants to represent the whole country, she needs to project reasonable, calm, and sane.

I've never met people who are as racist and bigoted and extreme as claimed, certainly not at a rate of one out of four. I've met Trump supporters who have not shared in any economic recovery, who are discouraged about their circumstances, and who are resentful of the perception that some means tested benefits seem to reward bad choices while their own choices to be hard working keep them living paycheck to paycheck.

again, Trump lies way more than HRC, and I fully admit HRC lies. The pathological liar label is much more applicable to him than her, as is the "sociopath' label, according to a Psych professor at an Ivy college.

I think they both have health issues. That Dr's note from Trump's Dr was a joke. The man is a quack, with several lawsuits against for over prescribing pain meds. Wouldn't surprise me if Trump paid him for that nice Dr.'s note.

btw, I'm a former Republican.

Anytime someone claims they're a former Republican, just discount it. If they have to work that hard to claim middle of the road objectivity by dropping BS, you know they're full of it.
