Hillary just insults a quarter of all Americans

Anonymous
OP, she shouldn't have said that. If she wants to be president, she'll be president over ALL Americans, not just some of them. She should be looking for ways to reach out, to govern and find common ground with those people. Could you give her a suggestion? What would help you, to respect her if she is elected president?

I agree with Clinton that the racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, and Islamophobic are deplorable. I guess you would prefer her to be PC about it, but political correctness is killing the conservative movement which is afraid to say such words.

I, too, think that those qualities are deplorable. However, I do not believe that one-half of his supporters have those qualities. For example: Clintonites are quick to call anyone who criticizes HRC sexist. Lauer interrupts her during the forum and that was "sexist". I saw one report that claimed he interrupted Trump more frequently.
Those who criticize Obama are called "racist" If you believe that marriage is between a man and a woman, you are "homophobic"--even though you are not "scared of gays" and believe they should have equal rights-including civil unions. Lately, you are "homophobic" if you happen to believe that transgender girls do not belong on high school girls' sports teams or share locker rooms with girls. If you want to secure our borders, you are considered "xenophobic". And, if you use the term "Radical Islamist" you are considered Islamaphobic by Clintonites.

So, I guess the problem is that Clinton does not understand what those words really mean. Because, I do not believe the 25% of Americans fall in that category.

I have never considered this possibility--but, I am beginning to wonder if HRC has a drinking problem. I cannot imagine any other excuse for that speech.

Well, if we want to complain about candidates and numbers, I'm sure you remember that Romney wrote off 47% of Americans, right?

Math: 1/2 of Trump supporters do not equates to a quarter of all Americans

You need to look at the polls.

If you had to deal with someone in your own life who has dementia, you'd know perfectly well that Hillary is just fine. It's not really something to joke about.

You're right, it's a big deal. She needs to release her records, her erratic behavior indicates mental instability to me. Most of all, pathological liar.

Even if you're a psychiatrist, your ability to diagnose her from afar is suspect at best.

What erratic behavior?

She's been shown to be the most honest of all the candidates on the trail this year.

That's not saying much.

That remark ended his campaign. It wasn't okay then.

Do you know how polls work? Hint: Please check the numbers of people who respond to polls.

Here is another graphics that might help you: http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2016/08/01/us/elections/nine-percent-of-america-selected-trump-and-clinton.html

Why do you then delete comments and threads that run along the lines of Lincoln should've deported all southerners after the civil war or Sherman should've given all southerners two choice - walk into the salt [water] or eat lead.

you can trace all of these ills back to old confederate states harboring resentment and ill will.

She forgot to mention all the Russians supporting him. And I hear he's polling HUGE with dictators.

I suppose. Her men's to instability aside, to liberals if you disagree with them in anything you are labeled bigot, racist, homophobe. For example you think the US needs to rethink immigration, you're racist.

Of course, I personally don't think a quarter of Americans are racist, I guess I think Americans have their issues but we can work together. I love the American people more than Hillary or liberals I guess.

I think everyone agrees we need to rethink immigration, and I doubt Mrs. Clinton with disagree with that statement. But when one candidate labels ALL immigrants as thugs, gang members and rapists, then that language needs to be checked, because last time I checked, such generalizations are not accurate. Also, there are plenty of non-immigrants who are thugs, gang members and rapists. It doesn't make it right.

I don't recall him doing this. Can you provide the quote where he labeled all immigrants as this? I have my issues with him, but also have my issues with people who misquote.

By the way, this is topical (Today's Post):

Oh I wholeheartedly agree. I think she ought to widen it out and turn off more of the electorate. F'N BRAVO !!!

OP, did you see the picture from the Ohio police of the people who had OD'd with a child in the back seat? They are deplorable. You don't need to identify with them to feel outrage -- she wasn't talking about you.
