I'm not talking about college educated kids that work at non-profits.
I'm talking about true poor people that work at Walmart and the kids are FARMS and they live in subsidized housing. I lived among poor white families in the Midwest. There isn't a community of poor whites inside DC city limits and you're playing dumb if you don't know that.

- to the person annoyed that I said "of color" and the discussion is about AAs... my point was I noticed mostly AAs but Latinas and one S Asian (in my experience).
- I get that this area has a relatively high % of AA... but it still seems disproportional in HR.
