...yet there are some parts of this city where whites are very unwelcome and that's often made known to them verbally and physically. Or worse.

The reference to banning whites and Dr. Ben Carson mght provide a clue, particularly if many of the oppressed whites who post here lived in DC or knew the first thing about the city, like the fact the zoo is a federal instrumentality, our police are known as MPD, not DCPD, our police chief is a woman, and wilding hasn't been a thing since the 80s, if it ever was a thing at all.
